isla + reese | tampa child photographer

These two hams.  My Isla-girl and her best girlfriend, Reese.  When they get together, magical belly-rumbling giggles and stealth conversations in corners happen.

While I was doing baby and child photos at my studio grand opening event earlier this month, this happened. They are apparently pros at photo-bombing, too – who knew?! (Is it still photo bombing when they take over the bed I was shooting on?) A few bags of Annie’s snacks and these baby blues… makes my heart grin.

And if you missed the studio opening, well lucky you! You can get a little peek inside here.

Hi! We’re new to town and hunting down a new photographer. We have a 14 month old boy and a baby girl due in February, and we want to find someone who can be our new local photog. We left a FABULOUS photographer we adored in Wilmington, NC (here’s Hunt’s newborn session with her – http://www.katieborkphotographyblog.com/?p=944 He’s still bright yellow from the jaundice, but we LOVED her work) and we’re struggling to find a new person here. We are real traditionalists – we love classic, barefoot southern Christmas photoshoots on the beach, our kid is in smocked clothing 24/7, and we want a newborn session that doesn’t include props… baby as she is, in her home, being herself. (We’re the “no headbands/no buckets/no wrapping the baby up and putting hats on it” sort of people. So cute! Just so cute for someone else.)

Yours is the first portfolio we’ve seen we like and seems to mesh with our style. I’m in love with the photo of the baby in the diaper on your website (with daddy?). I hope you might be taking on new clients and we could talk further… please let me know!

    We’re so hopeful!
