The Ong Clan: Tampa Bay Family Photographer

This will go down as one of my favorite photography moments of the year – although I’ve had some great ones!  When I was asked to do this photoshoot for the Ong’s, crazy visions began to consume my head.  I wanted a bed.  A bed in a forest to be exact, and how it was going to get there was a logistic I decided to temporarily avoid.  It was a mute point.  I had a client who was letting me play creative director and I had juices to unleash.  Juices that were chock full of juxtapositions, feathers and above all, fun.  And we did have fun!

To top it off, it doesn’t hurt when you have a family as beautiful as the Ong Clan.  And if I had any pull with J. Crew (other than them sending me a special card with my own customer service line… seriously, don’t ask), you would for sure be seeing their kiddos in the next quarterly Crew Cuts catalog.  J. Crew needs to get on that.  I’m just sayin’.

Here’s a little sneak peek of our day…

A big thanks to the Ong Clan – for indulging me in this vision and for being such great sports!  And a big thanks to Scott for being an amazing help/lifesaver that day – I definitely could not have pulled this off without you and I am still in awe by the love you shine on me.  I’m truly surrounded by wonderful people!

Hope you enjoyed as much as I did!

Our families, our children, our bellies, they change and evolve so quickly. Let’s freeze this moment in time, this innocence and love and capture it for years to come. Come and play, shine your beaming light of love and let me be along with you to capture these beautiful moments. Contact me to plan your photo shoot experience, whether in my natural light studio, my sun-kissed field or beach. I promise it will be one you won’t soon forget. xoxo
